“Castle” creator/writer/executive producer Andrew Marlowe will participate in a “Writing for Television” panel to be held at the WGF/WGA offices in Los Angeles on Saturday July 25, 2009 from 10am to 6pm.
Other panellists include: Jay Kogen (The Simpsons, Frazier); Daniel Cerone (Dexter); Winnie Holzman (My So-Called Life);Â Aeden Babish (Journeyman); Andrew Goldberg (Family Guy); Chris Brancato (Boomtown); Rick Eid (Law & Order), Marc Korman (Endeavor Agency), Lee Dinstman (Agency for the Performing Arts); Jonathan Roessler (Cupid); Jan Oxenberg (Once and Again, Cold Case); John Sacret Young (China Beach); Carol Mendelsohn (CSI); Corrine Marrinan (CSI); Allen MacDonald (CSI); and several more to be announced.
Panelists will explore in-depth the current TV writing climate, ways to break in, the ins and outs of creating a hit show, the inner workings of a writers room, and much more.
