I totally agree with Bob Hardys comments concerning the ABC show Castle it is a true delight on a rather dull day. Where have all the good writers gone...because they sure are not writing for TV or is it that the networks are not willing to pay for creative writing and fall back on reality shows which need no writing. Castle along with a small hand full of other shows such as NCIS, Numbers, The Mentalist etc were the ONLY TV shows worth watching. Castle is a true breath of fresh air.

Quick, witty, intelligent, good character development and interaction; the cast members are personable, well chosen and acted. The chemistry between Castle and Beckett is alot of fun and has a myriad of directions ahead but the relationship between Richard and Alexis is magic. All of the networks are justifiably struggling, so, when a truely pleasent grown-up comedy/drama comes along, where is the hype? When is the viewing community going to wake up and turn off that reality crap and tune in to some really good TV. Thank heaven for cable, Sci-Fi, TCM, TNT, USA etc. makes life barable since the big four are in such a slump. NCIS, Numb3rs, Mentalist, House and now Castle are very few exceptions in an otherwise terrible viewing schedule. Please don't even think about cancelling Castle until the public gets a chance to take this show into thier viewing hearts.
