So uh, in my silly excitiment and over enthusiasm to see the little elephants, I was checking in season one trying to spot a glimpse, and you know what I saw instead? Well, I'll tell you exactly what I saw! In 1x08 (Ghosts,) at 10:42, they are all sitting around what seems like Ryan's desk talking, but there's a name placard thingy that says DET. SORENSEN on it…hmm…interesting. Anybody have any thoughts on this? I had no idea what to think actually…

Oh P.S. Also, I did find another good shot of our tiny elephant friends in that episode too, which made me happy. Right at 23:53. Hee hee, I'm so easily amused. :)

Okay, this new game of looking for the elephants is going to be fun. In the last scene of Sucker Punch, just after Kate tells Castle it wasn't his fault, you can see one of the elephants kind of out of focus in the foreground. It even has what looks like a rolled up piece of paper or dollar bill stuck in the hole between the raised trunk and head.

found another one in 2x03 inventing the girl, at 13:32 when castle and beckett walking to her desk and there's a cosmo magazine on it.

the elephants is next to the telephone.

I was gone most of the day and couldn't believe this thread had so many posts when I got back. This little game should have been saved for those long, boring summer months! Laugh But I'll be looking now!

Hey, new here and from UK! Loving the show, and laughing at this thread, as just watched Sucker Punch and saw the heads of the elephants on Beckett's desk and thought of you guys. Seems like a great and friendly bunch of fans here. Unfortunately its on a crappy channel here in the UK so don't know about ratings. Seems a big hit in US though, so hope it continues so I can be fulfilled with my new favourite show each week for many years to come.

Anyone help with some great pics/interviews as only been a fan for couple of months would love some great links??!!

Thanks for the link guys, just spent a whole evening watching Nathan and Stana and co interviews!!! Love the E News one where you see them before shooting and I think stana eating some sort of gummy bears or something, nice to see how natural she is although why cover up when having make up done??

The whole cast seem really sweet and it seems Nathan and Stana really get on which is great, I hope that continues as I think it helps the show and them of course having to work 15hr days together must get tedious…

Beckett told Castle to take these nesting dolls, so he probably did what she told him to do and the nesting dolls made the only appearance in When The Bough Breaks episode. Although it's quite possible that they're standing somewhere in Castle's appartment.

Can't remember which episode it is, but I think the nesting dolls have made it into other episodes. I don't think they were lined up though, maybe inside the largest doll.

I must confess Embarassed , the weather was lousy today, so I pulled out my season 1 DVDs to go elephant hunting. I only had to view as far as the third episode (Hedge Fun Homeboys) to catch a glimpse of one, so they've been around for awhile.

My MIL (who is hispanic) has a few elephant statues in her house – ONLY with the trunks up (and I think ONLY facing the entry/exit door) – they are good luck. But like I said – ONLY with the trunks up. Trunks down is BAD LUCK.
