Ha, I love that line. I watched "Firefly" on youtube the other day and it was great!

Now I know where all the tidbits come from when the cast is saying something from "Firefly". hehe

 

I love this thread about the elephants. Very cute. I hope they come back in a future episode. smile

I love that line too.  I used it once on facebook to curse someone who cut me off on the highway then tailgated me when I got in front of them and a friend was shocked.  so i had to explain that I adapted a quote from one of my favorite TV shows and I wasn't really wishing that the person would burn in hell.  He felt some better afterward.  [Image Can Not Be Found]

ok – remember that link I posted a while back with somewhere you could buy them? I caved after my surgery and "treated myself" was disappointed when the ones I received weren't the same pattern *sadface* but I'll take a pic.. maybe I should donate to replace the missing ones of Beckett's haha

Once I realized you had posted the site for them (I caved too and just ordered them) everyone here watches Castle, so lets see how long it takes before they realize the elephants have migrated to my desk. heeee

Nope, they don't have names. I asked Stana this question during her chat with fans back in June last year, here it is:

here's where they come from… i have a group of friends from chile who said
that it is a part of the custom in their part of chile to arrange elephant
figurines in a row with a folded $ bill in the first one's trunk to bring in
good luck and fortune..
i always think of beckett as well-travelled… and if she's not well-travelled,
she's curious about other cultures and customs… i figured adding that to the
table would be a great way of personalizing my character's work space…

These of us who are on Twitter, need to mass "attack" @TerriEdda and @AndrewWMarlowe that we want a backstory for our little friends smile

A scene where Castle asks Beckett about them would be really great idea.
