This has been bugging me all week because it was shown in one of the clips, but I wanted to wait until after the episode aired to see if it was just the way the clip was edited.  In Fool Me Once, when they're all eating pizza at the station, Beckett picks something off the pizza and pops it into her mouth.  When she does this, she has a pencil in her right hand as she feeds herself.  When she takes her hand away from her mouth, I don't see the pencil in her hand.  Is it gone?  Did she eat it?

I'm going with she dropped it as the camera angle changed because later she picks up a pencil to throw it at Esposito.
