I noticed some time ago that  Lexington Ave. gets mentioned frequently on the show as the crime scene of the week.  Googling, I was led to 722 Lexington Ave., home of Victoria's Secret.  Geographically, Lex seems to be located near Central Park.  Looking for police stations nearby, Google turned up several, including a HQ in Central Park.  It appears that Lexington Avenue is not a through street.  Any NYC fans out there?  What gives w/ the "34th&Lex," "54the&Lex," etc. references?  Doesn't appear that Lexington Ave. runs that far South.Crazy2

Lexington Avenue runs north/south parallel to and between Third and Park Avenues 3 blocks east of Central Park parallel to the long side of the park.  (Avenues run north/south, streets run east /west)  It ends at 14th Street in the south near Greenwich Village area and 131st street in the north near Harlem (sorta) where it almost runs into where the East River curves around the top of Manhattan.

Fabulous!  Bounce2   Thanks. I was having trouble with the maps on my 'puter.  Also found another "Lex" reference as the crime scene in "Rise."
