As for the range, it's definitely something a cop on her salary would be able to afford most likely (along with the rest of the apartment to be honest) but it appears to be a custom install of a counter-top gas range. I can't really tell from the angle to see the grille pattern, but I'd say that it is very likely not a retail product and not a viking cooktop, either. She has a nice kitchen for someone who orders out so often.
