You have the right to work on whatever makes you happy. If you cannot create something that makes you happy, a show will be provided to you. Do you understand these rights which I've just made up?

I'm sorry to see you leave Castle. You contributed some excellent episodes and great writing this season. Your extraordinary generosity in spending time with the fans is one of the things that made Castle so much fun this season. It won't be quite the same without you. I look forward to seeing what you'll do next. I'm sure yoo will find something interesting to work on, and I hope you'll keep us up to date with what you're doing. Jose – Very sorry to see you go, your episodes touched on two things I love, music and baseball! Thanks for coming to chat and for responding on twitter, I'll miss the Castle tweases from you, but will still look forward to your funny and or strange tweets.

As others have said: Thank you. I've enjoyed the episodes credited to you and you get part of the thanks for all the other episodes I've enjoyed. Heck, I've enjoyed series you've been on, and I don't expect that to change.
