I love that Stana chose such a classic, elegant, yet SIMPLE style for her gown…I don't know how some of these other actresses can walk, sit, or do anything else all night in what they're wearing even though they look beautiful too. But it's the men that always have it really easy… Laugh

I just got in and saw my news alert. My jaw hit the floor when I saw her there. I shouldn't be surprised by her beauty anymore but she looks absolutely breathtaking in that dress. The hair and makeup compliment so perfectly.

She's stunning.

There will certainly be no mistaking who she is anymore.

Thanks to everyone who posted the close-ups. now I can see that her dress is truly, in Castle's words, "Gorgeous!" Love everything about it. but, I have to say, Stana, smile a little more, girl!

So even though Stana is surrounded by so many famous Hollywood celebrities right now, I wonder if she is feeling an inkling of the nervousness and excitement that Castle fans are going to experience being in the same room with her and the rest of the Castle team on 3/16 at the Paley Center… ;)

Definitely would be interesting to know eh.

She's so poised, elegant and down-to-earth, and seems very confident of herself, yet at times she seems almost shy also.

Interesting…..stana says a different word when she's face to face to Nathan than in the promo. that is so weird.

I'm so mad I missed the promo! I DVR'd the news after the Oscars in case they ran long, and the end of the DVR footage was the credits for the Oscars…was the promo right after the credits? Was it similar to other promos that have been shown?

THANK YOU m_hanh and slomo. I was hoping someone would capture it! Did they run it after the credits or did I just miss it? If they ran it after the credits, that's too bad because it didn't get enough exposure. V had multiple promos…

I really enjoyed the promo. I loved the beginning with the black and white shots, the sound of flashes, and the clips used. I like the dream on look Beckett gives when Castle says in my fantasy you're wearing that exact outift.

I hope we get some after party pics of Stana. The more pictures of her in that dress the better. Stunning. *thud*

Great promo. Fun 'recap' and good way to get more attention hopefully. Too bad it wasn't shown during the Oscar credits..but at least it was just after so hopefully lots of people saw it. :)

That's promos for you – they cut and paste to make it as appealing as possible. They've cut up what she's saying to get the timing right with the music and the overall pace. And the last part – turning and laughing – is not connected with the part in front at all, it's even a mirror image – her hair is falling in the other direction. Just like "What are you wearing right now? – I'm wearing a gun" – we know those are not connected at all, but it makes for a great promo.

Yes,she is drop dead gorgeous and the dress is nice but ……………Beckett in the Red off shoulder dress(striding down the sidewallk in front of the pet store) was stunning. imho Smile
