I would choose Stana because Nathan is silly all the time, so I think it would be more fun to see Stana act silly.  Also, Nathan gets to do all the book signings, so I think it would only be fair if Stana got some attention for her great work on Castle.

I choose Stana for the same reason Boston Scientist mentions.

Tougher for some than others I'm guessing.

Do I really need to say who I'm voting for?? Reasons are that Nathan gets to promote the show and be in the public's eye way more than Stana does. It'd be nice to get to see her shine a little bit more. She has so much talent that we have yet to begin to see.

No choice at all, it has to be Nathan.

He's hysterically funny and would just slip right into a role like that with no problem and from what I've seen of his interviews/ gag reels etc pretty much up for anything.

I agree with everyone else – I'd pick Stana. If you look at her resume on her website, she does have some improv training, so I'd love to see how she does on a sketch comedy show – stepping out of the box a little from the typical characters she's played.

I'd pick Stana, for most of the reasons already stated. Nathan is already in the public eye from previous shows that he has done, and does a lot of publicity for Castle. Although I think Nathan is absolutely halirous, I'd love for Stana to be in the spotlight too. In a recent interview I remember Stana mentioning that people always come up to her and ask what it's like to work with Nathan. What about her!? If I met her out in public somewhere, yes I'm sure I would say how awsome it is to work with Nathan, but I would be completly and utterly starstruck by Stana. In interviews she is so down to earth, classy, halirous and someone said it before – she's so 'unhollywood' like (which I personally think is a huge compliment). She's so funny in interviews and I love her sense of humor. I would love to see Stana shine and get the attention she deserves!
