(I think web development is about the fastest method to sell items especially if there is an existing web site. It was the merchandise that I was worried about, since they did not seem geared up at the start of the season.)

Yeah, a poster would be awesome! People in dorms/offices/etc should get posters and put them on their walls (I will!)… total conversation pieces, and maybe get some more viewers! Posting them around cities might help too! Ah, the power of the copy machine…
