Can't wait until tomorrow, the first chapter is released!  I wonder if it is east coast time, so I can read it here on the west coast before work, would hate to have to wait until the evening…

By the way, I wonder if they'll ever put a link to twitter.com/writeRCastle on the abc.com page?  I find it strange that they aren't promoting it Wonder if there is some kind of issue with them linking to twitter.  I know they took down some links to the twitter page in people posts, which I find pretty lame… A great little promotion, that they don't promote on their website…?  The mysteries of international copyright laws and such..

I don't know if ABC even knows that the Castle producers made the page yet. Maybe it'll be there by the time the second season starts. I'm dying for the new chapter to come out. Does anyone have an ETA on it?

Well ABC issued the press release about the Twitter mystery, so I'd say they should know.  No idea on the ETA, was hoping it would be in the am, but it isn't posted yet.

I love that though!! Lauren Parry-Lanie Parish, Rook-Rick, Raley-Ryan, Ochoa I'm guessing is supposed to be Espoito lol. I can't wait until next week when we get chapter two! This is so exciting!!

I think the idea is great (it's just an extension of Castle which works because we all love it), but was anyone else slightly disappointed with the writing? I bet whoever is 'ghost writing' this book is not a novelist, there are quite a few mistakes (one of them in the first few lines) and it really bothered me. If Richard Castle is supposed to be an award winning writer, why is his style that of a second year college student. I hope they do a better job editing the next installment because the story is great but the writing doesn't do it justice.

I guess I had such high hopes for the story because the dialogue etc in the show is so sharp and spot on, but man… let down. I guess I was waiting for something that would live up to the hype of New York Times Best Selling Auther Richar Castle(!!!) but that clearly wasn't realistic… otherwise, whoever is writing this novel would probably be a New York Times best selling author haha.

Haha what station is?

I guess I know what to expect now, and will try to turn off my internal editor for the future. Either way, the story (and tie-in/show references etc) should be worth it :D
