ABC president Steve McPherson said the book will be released in September. Here's the little snippet from an article on tvbythenumbers. It certainly sounds good for a season 3 renewal.

The prognosis for Castle looks much better.  “We’re very excited about it,” said McPherson.  Plus, the next Castle novel is schedule for September.

In Episode 12 "A rose for everafter"  there was another insight to the book.  When Ryan and Espisito were sitting on the desk and looking at the new book, Episito said "there sure are a lot of details in this love seen."Then Beckett comes in and the guys tell her that the new book is dedicated to Kyra and then Beckett asks them "when I am not here do you braid hair and discuss which jonas brother is cutest." 

I might have not gotten every word right, but Espisito definately made a comment as to a lot of details in that love seen.

Hey there! Have you tried Michael Connelly's Harry Bosch series? I haven't read all of them myself, but enough to want to read everything, especially the earlier ones. I'm also trying to get my hands on Stieg Larsson's trilogy which began with "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo."

Ah ha, another chance for a fan to shine, LOL!!!  As I recall we had a field day coming up with silly/serious titles for the next Heat Wave book.  We ought to nudge the Castle folk to run a contest for the title, with the winning fan receiving something (Castle T-shirt for example) autographed by RICHARD CASTLE.

So many thoughts fly through my mind with that title. This should be a lot of fun, especially when Beckett finds out about it. I hope they don't make us wait too long to see the cover. That could really add to it.

Do we know if ABC plans to release some of the chapters online leading up to the premiere/book release?
