I am sorry if this question was asked before, but does anyone know when they start filming in 2012? When does their Christmas Holidays end?

I know when it starts, but I don't know exactly when it ends. Christopher Brow said their holidays start on December 16. And that it lasts two weeks. I assume they start filming right after the holidays, maybe January 2.
