Haven't done any checking myself, but I guess we are sure it's a real "go" for the whole season?  That's just the best news! Can't wait for the rest of the episodes, and it's true, let's hope for a Season 3!  Tv execs are just so antsy that they sometimes don't let a show and audience find one another – but in this case, we did, and aren't we happy?

I usually only read the post-ep threads, so I didn't catch this until today. Did a little victory jig in our empty office… SOOOO thrilled! I've had such bad luck with my favourite shows winding up cancelled and I am thrilled to have a full season to look forward to.

That's good news.  I was just on their website the other day and I don't believe there was a pic of Castle on the front page.  It just seems to me that ABC does not plug Castle as much as it should.  I never seem to see any commercials for it while I'm watching other ABC programs (Grey's, etc.), but I see commercials for the Forgotten (which isn't even doing well).  It's bizarre.   I can't imagine how many more viewers we could pick up if ABC advertised Castle a little bit on the tube.  I realize that the book thing is huge, but commercials on tv are just as important.
