Personally, I monitor the show's page at the Internet Movie Database (www.imdb.com) which provides links to posts on websites about the show, where many time spoiler pics and sneek peeks are posted.  There's also ABC.com who posts episode stills and behind the scenes pics too (don't have that link, but I'm sure someone else does), but they are pretty small and if you click on them to get a better view, they'll want to charge you to buy them.  One fan site, I also look at that has LOTS of pictures and is updated pretty regularly is here: http://*/gallery/index.php
