I find as I rewatch episodes there's little things the actors do, or one liners they say that I don't catch the first time or two that I watch. I find these are the type of things that make these epsiodes re-watchable.

Two of the ones that stick out to me are:

1) When Castle sits down at Beckett's desk with a cup of coffee and Beckett picks it up half way through their conversation. Castle goes to say something, and then lets it go. (I know some of you have also noticed this in the Castle/Beckett quirks thread).

2) In ep 4, the one where Castle is always complaining about the coffee. After they arrest the hotel guy, Calvin Creason, there's a short scene where they are standing outside the interview room and Castle is watching the guy take a sip of coffe. Calvin shudders after taking the sip and Castle says "I feel you man."

Anyone noticed any other moments?

Very detailed observation from Castle lover 54 .   Some times Nathan talks so fast I have to re watch to get what he is saying example.  Pilot eps.  He is in kitchen with daughter and offers her some whipped cream part of that dialogue before the offer or after the offer is really hard to comprehend.   The edit department should have caught that.  

Do you mean the part where he says, "Baby bird?" when offering it to her? I had to go back and watch that scene again to figure out that line. 

Right after Alexis says, How was the Slammer? Did anyone make you their bitch? Castle says something like No, that means I still belong to you? Anyone catch that exactly?

I believe he says "Sorry switchblade, still belong to you." I love the "baby bird" comment with the whipped cream.

And not afraid to have fun with his kid I love that

I love in the laser tag scene his mom says "how old are you?" and Castle's response "Old enough to own top of the line laser tag." I'd love to have laser tag to play around with at home… of course I'd never get anything done.
