I was going to say Perlmutter's lines, because the man is a one-liner machine, and it's probably my favorite character. But Lainie, being the resident ME of the show, has a pretty sizeable arsenal of one-liners.

I love Lanie's scene where she's talking to the corpse about Beckett & Castle's attraction.
I can't remember the exact line but something along she sees the attraction, Kate and the corpse don't but Lanie does. Makes me laugh every time.

lol oh man, Lanie definitely has great lines. Hope to see more of her and Beckett interacting..those are always classics. (and more of those adlibs Tamala and Stana did like the "You may not see it, but I see it" and the off scene "shuuutt uuuup!")
I think we need a Castle and Lanie conversation when he gets back this Fall…she can smack him upside the head and explain things a bit. lol
I think all my fave Lanie lines are posted already. The ones that come immediately to mind anyhow.

Oh yes, one of the things I like Castle is that these one-liners are usually not really one-liners. Most cases there are someone else too who give another spin to them.

I love it when we see Lanie up in the tree at the beginning of season 2 and Esposito is teasing her about being glad she isn't wearing a skirt. Laine tells him that when she gets down she's going to smack him and Esposito tells her he's looking forward to that. Great Lanie moment.
