Jose Molina tweeted a short while ago (@JoseMolinaTV) that today was the last day of filming.  I'm guessing that perhaps they are on hold until they find out if the "back 9" will happen?  Just found that interesting…so hope they will get picked up for more episodes! (fingers crossed)

There's no way they've finished 13 episodes already.  This does not sound good.  I hope ABC didn't pull the plug and they're just taking a planned break.  Maybe that's why Stana is going to be on Jimmy Kimmel Live next week, because they're on break from shooting.  I hope so.  Ugh…….I'm scared. Undecided

I think it is last day directing his episode – the music one, not for the series.  Though they could be taking a break for a few weeks, they've been going for about a month since the last break.

Are you sure he didn't mean last day of filming for his episode? As far as I am aware, they've only filmed about 9 eps so they're not done yet

Hopefully, they are just taking a break.  I don't know if he's just working on a few episodes or not.  His tweets only occasionally mention the show.

They're not taking a break – people are just misunderstanding what was Said, I'm confident it was last day of filming the EPISODE not the series.

oh yeah because I was listening to part of the commentary on the Castle dvd's and I swear someone said it takes 8 days to film an episode.

Reading through this thread took years off my life. lol.

6 more episodes to film still. If my math is right and no days are taken off they should finish filming around November 20th. We should definitely know the fate of the show around then.
