Just a thought…. I was impressed with your story line showing the single dad and the daughter being appreciative of him. The home lilfe and the exchange between them in the Mar. 16 episode was a nice change of pace from the what seems to have become the norm on television.

I know, usually in situations where the mom is gone and it's only the daughter and dad, they're usually at eachother's throats, but i guess not all of them are…lol

I love the interplay between the dad and the daughter and the dad and his mom. Just in case I'm unclear, the banter between the two main characters is also fabulous. Getting back to the family connection, I particularly enjoyed the scene in this week's show when the daughter woke him up and demanded he mete out a punishment. LOL! Also, he wins the award for best scrolling screensaver on a laptop!
'You – Should – Be – Writing.'
*snort* Absolutely priceless.
Keep up the great work!

I'm also impressed with this. The family connection is great; it shows that it really is possible to have family that loves and supports each other. Castle and Alexis' relationship is fantastic. I also like that the show showcases a responsible, smart teenager. We don't see those too often on TV, and as a person who likes to think of herself as a responsible and smart teenager, I certainly appreciate it.

I think some of the best scenes in this show are the ones between Castle and his family. I think it shows a different side of Castle in those scenes. I loved it when he was talking to his daughter about watching her sleep when she was little and he said it was ridiculous how adorable she was!! I thought that was the sweetest scene! I also love it when Nathan drops his voice an octave or so when he says meaningful things. They should write more of those lines for him, those 'dropping his voice' lines. It just does something to me. Am I the only one?
