Not all of them.  There's that one of Nathan hiding behind a corner which is very "Castle". The picture of Stana in the leather jacket is very "Beckett" too. I think that the pictures are meant to make them look really pretty… to the point of "Model" pretty for publicity purposes.

I would think the new season promo pics would be meant to reflect the characters.  There are 2 of Stana that are gorgeous but look much more like the actress than the character.  But the "Sshhh" Castle photo and the two of Stana in the leather jacket feel in-character to me, as Alie said.  I feel the same about the more serious one with Seamus, Jon's pics, and Susan's.  Molly looks great, but a little more daring in wardrobe than Alexis (maybe the character is going this direction in Season 4).  And I wouldn't have recognized Tamala unless I had a bigger pic…she doesn't look like Lanie to me there.

Still, the photos are gorgeous, and the group shot reflects a film noir atmosphere that would make for an intriguing episode (and a classic feel that I hope the show returns to in the coming season).
