Does anyone know if there was some kind of special feature or ad on TV about Castle in the last couple of hours?  Traffic to the site just spiked big time, seems to be mostly people coming in via searchs – at one point the server got knocked offline, when I saw the stats just before it happened it said nearly 400 people were online… a few minutes before that there were 9….. now there's between 30-100

There were several ads for Castle during the Oscars!   There was even a new ad which has to be the best one yet!

Also, ABC did a little speaical with all the leads from 'Castle' 'Motherhood' & 'Better off Ted' at the ABC Oscar party.  It was cute & funny– just introduced everyone with a short talk about their show and new promos.

Lost of Castle promotion tonight!   Smile

That's fantastic news!  NOt the fact that it crashed my server of course, or the fact that my hosting company is getting concerned about my sites taking up too many resources (meaning lots of $$ for me to come up with) but fantastic that the show is getting great exposure and obviously getting people's interest

There were a lot of Castle promos during the Oscars! Laugh  All those new fans Laugh. I am pretty sure some of the promos were new also- same scenes clipped together differently with different music. That's great about the jump in traffic- it's getting close to show time – 14 days!

Let me know if you need help with the site. My husband is a tech head and we might be able to help with the bandwidth issue or if you need help raising funds to fund the site. I like it here – informative & friendly.

I was SO excited that they showed new commercials during the Oscars, I didn't expect that. The "two to tango" one completely blew me away. Kiss

I hope the site doesn't get too expensive to keep up! But it's exciting to think how many people are checking it out!
