Worth noting in passing: "Cuffed" is not just handcuffed, but being "cuffed" by a tiger.

Also, from "Cuffed": Gates orders: "Bring them back alive!", a reference to Frank Buck, the "Bring 'Em Back Alive" big game hunter of the 1930s.

Most obvious:

Castle:  "Can anyone say, 'Mob Hit?'  I have concrete evidence, right here."  Kick the Ballistics.

Bounce

Here's one I don't get.

In "Deep in Death" Castle is watching Lanie trying to get fingerprints and he says: "Have you ever considered becoming a moil?" She says something like be careful I don't practice on you.

I have no idea what a moil is. Nothing comes up in any search.

Any help appreciated…….

It's a reference to the Jewish practice of circumcision smile

As Admin said. Smile The person doing the circumcision is called a `mohel`. Had to look it up, too, when watching this episode the first time…

My favorite was Ryan's veiled Tony the Tiger impression in Cuffed:

"Was it grrrreat!"

He's kinda walking off screen with Castle and Beckett and you can barely hear him, but it's there.  Hilarious!

My favorite:  Castle:  " What's the most unusual pet you've ever had?"

                     Beckett:  "You."

FencingPoint – Beckett.

That's maybe worth 2 ROFL's?

Someone has probably noted this somewhere, but there is a slight echo of Firefly (as opposed to the obvious ones) in the response Castle makes to Alexis in "Rise" when she asks whether his relationship with Beckett is "enough", and he replies, "It's enough for now." At the end of the pilot for Firefly Malcolm Reynolds says, that in spite of all the difficulties of the day they've just had, it's been a good day —  why? because the ship is still flying, and "it's enough."

there is also one quote I don't understand: "What was it that turned you off? Think he was wearing a rug? – oh, too soon?" I simply don't get the joke!

In that context, a 'rug' is a slang word for a toupee. So you have the victim wrapped in a rug, wearing a rug.

I took that as him jumping in before she was ready for it. I have the impression that jokes of that nature are usually held until after the cases are closed.
