That being said i kind of think if the phones would not have rang…rung…one of those…that it might have led to a hug. It looked as if Castle was going to continue before the phones rang…rung…whatever.

One phone would have rang. Two phones would have rung.

The whole thing at the hotel in last Mondays episode when Castle and Beckett were saying goodbye felt really off to me I mean I thought they have at least become friends now they were acting more like acquatinces they couldve at least hugged I dont know. Would it be bad if they hung out with each other outside of work more than once a in while like the poker game.

It is safe to say I am pretty much dying for these two to get together. Especially after reading Heat Wave. Stana and Nathan just seem to have so much chemistry I can hardly stand it!

In this episode, I don't think they were really ready for this situation. They were just too surprised to be ripped apart like that to really do much. Plus they made it all awkward, lol.

Castle and Beckett weren't sure if there were "kiss vibes" or not. I think Nathan put it best in his and Stana's interview with Korbi from Zap2It (about their chemistry, not about this episode specifically):

"'Are these kiss vibes? Am I getting a kiss vibe now? I think I should kiss, maybe I shouldn't'… there are so many degrees right up to kiss vibe, and then onto kiss vibe and now we're in kiss vibe but this situation's not kiss vibe…" (check here at 2:15)

They need some more time to get closer, get to know each other a little more. There's still tons they don't know (even though we as an audience do) about each other, and I think that's the fun of the show… watch em get this close, and see what happens.

A season finale type thing would be nice, but I hope they don't just fall into bed–it would kill the whole thing. The writers are too talented to let that happen, I'm sure they could come up with something a whole lot better

Exactly! The humor from the awkwardness of it all sounds just like something they would put on the show. 

I feel that I have to say that I do think they need to allow Castle & Beckett to be a little more affectionate. I feel as though there is such a fine line between enjoying watching the tension between the two v. dragging it out for so long that people just get frusterated that it hasn't happened yet. I think the writers have the talent to do this, without question. You can leave the audience begging for more without wanting to kill you. ;)

I will kill myself it is a repeat of the X Files where we had to watch them dance around the issue for the whole series. That just ceased to be entertaining or cute.

^^ I think Castle definitely thought she looked stunning, the expression on his face said it all. Remember, his mom basically told him that Kate couldn't wait to be rid of him so I think he was scaling back his emotions in front of her quite a bit.

After watching episode 6, they are mixing up work life with personl life and that is what I wanted. So I am now commending the writers since they seem to be in a good sync with what we want as viewers.

I can deal with them dating other people and seeing that they still want each other, but I don't want a full season of blatant back and forth. I hate watching entire seasons of someone wanting more but unwilling to say anything. A few episodes as build up? Fine. But a pissed off Kate Beckett having to watch Castle date for 17 more episodes would be a bit much. And frankly, I NEED more to get through the Chirstmas hiatus!
