castle and beckett are every one's favourite in castle. but other than them castle has many
great characters who add a new dimension to the show. so according to you which
character other than castle & beckett . do u like the most. and why??
my favourite is alexis. i wish everyone could have a wonderful daughter like her.

My favorite is Martha. I like her because she's not a typical grandma. She's crazy, and excentric, and original. And yet very loving and caring. She's an interesting mix. lol. I love that she's a little bit "out of it", in a good way.

Oh, so hard. I'm going to say Ryan, because he is so sweet and makes me laugh…yet it's obvious there is another dimension to him that is yet to be explored (LOVE the hard ass he was in interrogation with the drug dealer in Knockdown). I can't wait to find out more about him.
But I also have quite a fondness for Martha for the reasons MissWanderer mentioned, and I always wish there was more Captain Montgomery.

Can I divide into male and female? [Image Can Not Be Found]
Favorite female: Alexis. I feel I can really relate to her, since I was like her at that age.
Favorite male: Ryan. I just feel he's so lovable, and I like the playful innocence that he has. Like dmcw said, though, he definitely has dimension I would love to see explored.
If I had to pick between the two, I would probably pick Ryan, but that is a very hard choice!
Ultimately, though, I love all the characters for what they bring to the show, and it can be hard to pick even between episodes, because I loved Esposito in Den of Thieves and Montgomery and Martha in Knockdown.

Lanie is my girl, Martha is legit, but I have just recently become a huge Ryan fangirl. He's so cute and at times oblivious which makes him cuter. Yet he's not dumb, he's just sometimes the last guy to get the joke.

I will say Martha. Castle Bothers Beckett and Martha bothers him, in a lovely way 
I also should add Ryan to the list. I like his funny statements about Esposito and Castle & Beckett

Martha, she´s very warm hearted and witty, and sometimes a little different than the other ppl around. I like the scenes with her very much.

I'm going to go with Ryan. He's just a really interesting character to me because of his past in narcotics that we don't know much about. I think there's a really good story there and I hope they get around to telling it.

Hmmm if we are saying Character i'd go with Espisito, he is that guy that everyone can be comfortable with and you know where he stands on things because he's straight forward. I could easily be friends with a giy like him or be happy that he was dating my sister.
As far as Actors for me its Susan Sullivan she just excellent if bringing the character of Martha to life. The whole cast is very good but Susan, Nathan and Stana really can seem to pull off anything at anytime.

I gotta go with Lanie because I love how she calls 'em as she sees 'em and doesn't hold back, and Esposito. Not reflection on Ryan, but I love how Esposito projects being a real tough guy, but can be a total softie, especially when it comes to watching out for Beckett. Plus, he's just hot!
