I know this isn't related to castle but Q&A Does Anybody out there have a relative or parent suffering from Alzehimers/ Dementia?

A month ago We had to make a decison to put my grandma in a nursing home. My mom and me and My family did a great job of taking care of her at home for close to five years but she recently got sick and the doctors recomended 24 hour care. So as hard as this was to make We did it

I went with my mom to visit her and a week ago Tuesday she knew who I was after my mom helped kind of and was glad to see me Kissed me kept patting my hand saying and she even kissesed me goodbye and told me to come see her again But Today She didn't show any emotion I tried holding her hand and she pulled away and when I went to say goodbye I kissed her and I got no response on no goodbye Kiss. But I vow to keep going cause she's still my Grandma and I know she can't help it just part of the disease  

I Just want to say how thankful for a show like Castle cause after a day like today, going home and watching castle It instantly lifts my mood and I honestly think If I didn't have castle to look forward to on Mondays I might Not be here right now  Castle is just such a great show whether it be the talented actors/actresses or the fabulous story lines It instantly gives ne a sense of peace and Happiness. Even If it's just for having castle on for an hour on Monday nights I know that for that short time that I will have peace.

So Thankyou Castle Because you give me a reason to make my life worth living   

Thanks for the kind thoughts, I'm just so thankful for having castle in my life and this board and the fans. Yesterday when I posted that was me venting all my stress and frustration out but today is a much better day. Plus my fam and I just got invited to go for the weekend down to North Carolina and stay with my aunt and uncle at there beach condo. So Nice Vacay to look forward to Could really use it considering that we haven't been anywhere in four years ( Trip/vacation wise)  

Is there anyway to email my post to Castle Producers or Maybe Nathan or Stana? If so does anybody have an address

The Only reason I'm not comfortabl mailing it is I don't want the parents to find out what I did and I don't want to drudge up any upsetting connections with my Letter Cause right now is a really emotional time for my mom( My Grandma Her Mom)  and the less she knows about what I wrote the better and she's the one who puts stuff in the mailbox So Thanks  think I might check Stana's website

Checked her website It had a contact Stana Box where you could include you name and email address and a box so I copied and pasted  my message so I'll let you guys know if I get a response

Thanks to Maggieb and NinaAbbyisLOST It's nice to know that people are thinking about me and my family. Went with my mom today to see her and she was sort of like her old self ( whatever that is) She seemed to know who I was but not my mom and she was glad to see me and I did get hugs and multiple kisses today. So I would call today a good day, But what will friday bring when we go to visit. Only Time will tell. But If we can get through friday then the next day we'll be with My fam and other relatives at their beach condo in Duck North Carolina, Just what we all need a peaceful weekend at the beach.
