Remember last summer … back between Season 2 and 3. ABC had a couple of different promo's for Castle. One of them was the "words" promo (he said, she said).  See …   

Anyway, that was then … this is now. I am just off of the Disney Dream (its a cruise ship[Image Can Not Be Found]) and one time while flipping through the channels on the TV we ran across a NEW "words" like promo for Castle. Was totally stunned to see it – so I can't remember any details (I know, a hundred lashes with a wet noodle) or what it was like other than it was similar to the one linked to above. I have not been on the forums much this summer, maybe this is old news and it has been showing on ABC? 

So after that, whenever we were in the room (changing for dinner, getting ready for bed, waiting for everyone to shower, etc) we would flip on the telly to that channel to see if there was anything else interesting. Well there was …. kind of. We saw a new episode of Body of Proof that we did not see during the season (it's not listed on the ABC website), there was an Extreme Home Makeover (don't know if it was a repeat or not) and they did show KNOCKDOWN from Castle. That's all we saw parts of – don't want to spend to much time in the room while on a cruise[Image Can Not Be Found].
