NO, this is just the last episode before the Christmas/New Year's holidays.  Most shows tend to show reruns or are replaced with holiday specials for this 2 to 3  week period.  I think Admin indicated that Eps 12 and 13 will occur in January.  The "break" if there's going to be one might occur after that period.  However, somewhere I believe someone mentioned that Jose Molinas episode (either 14 or 15) will air sometime in February.  

Just doing the math (8 days per episode) indicates the cast will likely be at work on the second nine pickup either over the next week or so, or immediately after the holiday break if they are going to have episodes ready for airing in February.  And some ABC shows will "take a break" and and not begin airing new episodes again until March (likely for the March-May period).  With nine episodes yet to be aired when February hits, it seems likely to me that if they want some episodes (like a season ending cliff hangar) for the May sweeps, that they'd trickle the episodes out beginning again in February or wait and do them in consecutive 9 weeks beginning in March.  Of course, the winter olympics will be airing from 12-28 February, so the studios may opt to hold off airing new shows during that period.
