This is one of those episodes I need a promo of in order to get me excited. I've tried, but baseball isn't my thing so… hurry up promos!

Totally agree. Although after a two week break, even a rerun of last night's would get me excited.

Loved the promo of next week's episode. "Oh my God, Castle, that's Joe-freaking-Torre!" Beckett exclaims. Like everyone else who's posted on this forum, I can't wait to see Castle's reaction to her meltdown. I also can't wait to see how the thread about Castle's Dad turns out and to see what goes on with Esposito. For that matter, I can't wait for the rest of the season's episodes! It'll be hard to go without my Castle fix during the Olympics, but I understand the reason for the hiatus.

It's cool that Beckett is a baseball fan it was kinda funny that she was freaking out over Joe Torre (ok I like baseball but have no idea who he is) I wonder how things will go down with Castle as far as his father is concerned my guess it probably won't be some huge thing they didn't even show that in the promo… That kinda sucked

So Stana's IMbd where it indicates she likes baseball, etc.  that must mean she enjoys playing it not actually following it….because if you follow baseball you would know who Joe Torre is…lol

I know someone commented on it briefly. But Chandra West is another of Nathan's "wives" from another previous endeavor. She played his wife in a Water's Edge. Do you think he calls up people randomly on his cell phone? I think it says alot about him that people want to work with him again, or maybe its just coincidence, but we all know their are no coincidences in murder.

My husband and I hadn't seen any promos on the new ep., so last night when it first came on and we saw Beckett go all fangirl, both of us lost it. ROFL

Hmmm, I think it takes a real big baseball fan to know who Joe Torre is (especially if you're younger–as Stana is).  If you've never been a Yankees fan, for example, (or a Dodgers fan) you might not know who he is.  Stana, having lived in Aurora, Illinois might just be a Cubs fan, and if so, Joe Torre might not be familiar to her.  Of course, I'm a MAJOR LEAGUE Cubs fan, so I'm hoping Stana IS A CUBS FAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
