So, what did you think? Did the spoilers get the best of the episode?
Several great lines including big scenes with Ryan and Esposito.
Was Jenny great or what. Loved that scene.

It was a really great episode. Lots of funny stuff. The spoilers hurt it a little bit for me because those were my biggest laughs when I saw the clips, but there was plenty more funny stuff to go around:
-SUCH great Ryan/Esposito stuff…"It's a little creepy doing this with you breathing down my neck", "look at him following her..who's more whipped me or him? You bro…hands down", the boot scene (WOW so good)
-The cheerleading stuff with Alexis…priceless Castle expressions
-"looking for something special?" C-yes, B-no
-"no thanks. I've already got a pair of my own" Beckett about the handcuffs
-Castle's whole reaction to the dominatrix and him apologizing to Beckett
-Beckett comparing Castle to a SAM "Really there's people like that?" with the look she gives Castle
-Beckett's interrogation of Sam I am and Castle's rhyme "In a box with a fox"
-Castle nonverbally telling Alexis not to eat Grandma's dinner
-scene with Jenny at the end…aww cute.
The only thing I didn't get was the whole imaginary boyfriend thing with Beckett, but I liked the scene between Castle and Beckett at the end "Let's start with the day we met…"
Best part was the promo for the 22nd, though. Love the creepy music, the black and white stuff and Castle calling her "Kate" again!

Regarding the "Mystery Boyfriend", well it's Castle way of rubbing it in that there really is no boyfriend but the real truth is, he's jealous. hehehe. Kate mentioned that she wouldn't bring her boyfrined to the station either. That's when Castle concluded that Kate has a boyfriend. So the man is jealous.
Loved the promo. OMG! We gotta wait two weeks.

That was so amaziiiiing! I can't even handle how fantastic that was!!! I died laughing the whoooole time. I did get a little spoiler-y with the "there is one hot, kinky thing" line, and was a little bummed, but i knew she was going to say something like that anyway, so i still laughed when I saw it. I was REALLY hoping that at some point Beckett was going to take the dominatrix down a peg, but i loved the little pissing match between them, and the look on Castle face during.
I literally shouted at the tv when the promo said "in two weeks". but i looks so amazing

this episode is FTW 
kept me smiling all through out totally laughed when alexis saw castle looking at those stuff @ his computer. 
and that look beckett threw at Castle after she said 'really? there's people like that'…AMAZING. LOL and totally looved the part where beckett interviews that sam person. 
Jenny & Ryan = soooo CUTE. and another AWESOME ending scene. 'What's the matter, Ricky, You jealous?'..LOL..and then the 'let's just start with the first day we met'…LOVED IT.

I thought the episode was kind of weak for one big reason; the final plot twist. not much of a twist if you paid attention to the roommate in the beginning scenes. that was obvious. but moreover how would the roommate have been able to carry her friends body to the park and hang her up by herself? and without being seen? it seems unlikely. not that this show is realistic, but usually there aren't such glaring oversights. It just didn't seem to have the same smooth rythm or flow that it usually does. I still enjoyed the episode for the most part and found it amusing, but it is definitely not one of my favorites.

This show makes me so happy. I flove it.
I was smiling and laughing out loud and nodding my head at the different looks passing between Beckett and Castle.
I'll have to watch it again just to catch all the parts I loved.
Beckett was on fire in this episode. If not needling Castle, going toe to toe with the dominatrix, and the whole interview with Sam.
Ryan and Jenny. Gads, how cute were they? Perfection.
Esposito trying to untie that boot. I was howling. I've never seen a knot like it. Of course who wouldn't be flustered the way she kept tapping him. Classic.
Don't even get me started on that promo. Holy smokes that was crazy intense.

Loved, loved, loved this episode. I'm glad I avoided the sneaks, the episode had me howling it was so funny. Love the verbal sparring, loved Jenny, loved the dominatrix snapping that tassle thing at Esposito, and loved the end scene as they walk off, you can just imagine the back and forth conversation after they faded and how funny it was. Great dialog, and props to Kate Sargent, great job.
That promo, oh my god, I don't think I'll survive two weeks. Thanks to Slomo, I've watched it several times already!

Well if she stuffed in her a suitcase, not so hard to leverage it into a car or to drag it out of a car and along the ground (well hard but not impossible, I've tried picking up short of stature friends suitcases before and wondered how they managed) The tying up to the jungle gym, that one I give you. Really really hard to believe she could do it, but not entirely impossible. And adrenaline can give you bursts of strength.

The plot issue that struck me as odd was the saliva on the pillow. How is that proof of anything? Don't most people's pillows have traces of dried saliva on them after a while? 
But I enjoyed the rest of the episode too much to care about something like that! So much fun, lots of banter. Castle and Beckett need to hang around and play with props in sex shops more often! muaahaahaa haa haa ha ha ha

I totally agree! This ep was definitely one of my favorites for sure! Then again, that list is quite long this season… but I digress.
I was laughing my head off, totally giggling like a little kid… really one of my favorite parts of this show is when it makes me laugh. The plot doesn't have to be 100% believable (CSI: anyone? Not real!), and I never really expect an episode of Castle to be like that. It's a fun show, and I think the viewer is supposed to take it as such.
Considering this was Kate Sergeant's (writer of this episode) first episode of anything, I was blown away.
And yes, m_hanh, I know… I was dying over that promo too… that's why I was so eager to share! Can it be the 22nd already?

Love this episode! It had me giggling throughout. I don't know if I liked the roommate as the killer. For some reason, it just didn't make sense to me. :/ Still a great episode.

Gotta start looking for spoilers asap.I was going to jump on m_hanh's band wagon about sneak peeks but that promo has me so pumped right now. Castle calling her "kate" again. Wow.
The siliva on the pillow clued Castle to the clean up and how long it would have taken and who would have done it.How little blondy got the body hanging from the monkey bars is a tuff one.
Beckett shined throughout the entire episode.She had the boys paying attention with every word she said. lmao. Castle's looks/expressions were priceless in this one.
Was Beckett cluing us in for the 4 ep arc with the boyfriend lines? Was she getting us prepaired for the big announcement that she has paired off with new guy?All her sexual banter,was she letting us know she's having some again? Guess we will find out soon.
