So many little tidbits I loved!
~The curse subplot was great! Loved how Beckett, Esposito, and Ryan got him with the chair and espresso machine! So classic! Their faces as they slowly started grinning before they burst out laughing was executed nicely!
~Castle in the elevator was great!
~That dog sure had it out for Castle… Though I loved how it got his pants!
~Castle asking Beckett to look out for Alexis if something happened to him… Awww! So sweet! 
: Definitely a step forward in the relationship, showing that level of trust.
~Indiana Jones was cool, but I thought there'd be more…?
~Scooby Doo was totes unexpected! Loved the "Ruh roh" and meddling kids! Too cool!
In general, I thought there were some good one-liners! I got a song stuck in my head, though, so I've forgotten some of them! I know, I know, bad Castle fan… But I still loved the ep nonetheless!

2 highlights of the show for me tonight:
1. Beckett checking out Castle's butt as he's leaving the precinct after the dog bite- loved the eyebrow lift/ head tilt.
2. Castle telling Beckett he wanted her to watch out for Alexis if something happens to him- Castle was totally nervous asking and Beckett looked Godsmacked then honored. Also loved the ice breaker moment with him asking her to get rid of his porn collection- loved the eye narrowing when Esposito says he's got that covered.

I loved the whole scene where Castle picks up the hat, puts it on and then all Indiana Jones like, opens the tomb. Castle and his 'Beckett-rigged' chair, I had to watch that so many times and laugh my butt off, poor Castle but it's still hilarious to watch. I had a feeling that Esp, Ryan and Beckett rigged it especially after the Expresso Machine blew, which was hilarious. I've watched that scene too many times already… I dont know who's laugh it was but I first thought that someone's pot was boiling and then realized it was one of their laughs.
I loved the whistle that a cop gave Castle to do with his torn pants and then Beckett checking his butt out, Oh my gosh that was rad! It would have been more funny if he had gone comando. The look on Castle's face when they slowely revealed him after Beckett talked, sad puppy eyes made me, all 'Awe' inside. I loved the smile she gave him when she told him she'd look out for Alexis and then Castle had to bring up the porn, Esp's line responding to that was hilarious.
"Whenever you guys are done being cute" 
I loved it when Esp & Ryan said, "There's no upside on screwing with things you can't explain" together.
I LOVED all the Scooby-Doo references! The "Ruh-Roh" and Castle calling Beckett a Daphne! The elevator scene was too funny, I thought at first Beckett might have did that, then I thought Castle was tricking her this time, only to have Beckett look superstitious and check the elevator herself.
I also noticed at the end of the episode that Alexis, just before handing Castle the knife, the cut was a little different, Not that, that's a HUGE deal, just something I noticed.
Hopfully I covered everything. I loved this episode a lot. As for the promo with Castle and *barf* Ellie… this shall be interesting… Can't wait to see Tom Bergeron, on it though

These were some of my favorites, too, Belle_lover. I loved the high fives among Beckett, Ryan, and Esposito when they got Castle.

Ditto, astar. One of my favorite things about the scene between C/B regarding Alexis was the very start…Castle is staring at Beckett, and she knows he wants something even though she isn't looking at him. She says "What?" in an irritated way and Castle says something to the effect of "never mind" but Beckett pushes him and he asks about Alexis really quickly, all nevous. Such a well-acted scene. Beckett's genuine, surprised smile in response tells it all…and Esposito jumps in for humor at the end. Just great!
Other things I liked:
-Beckett's awesome white jacket at the beginning of the ep
-Esposito and Beckett explaining to Castle the clues that led them to believe the victim had a girlfriend. You could really see the bond/shared experience between them. And then Ryan admits to liking Eat/Pray/Love…hilarious!
-The adorable, innocent look on Beckett's face when she says to Castle: "Didn't you say that that mummy smelled kind of funny?"
-Beckett saying "I must have done something pretty terrible to be punished with you" but then smiling so warmly at Castle and him smiling back…what an adorable moment.
-Beckett touching Castle's arm when she gets a call from Lanie…I love it just because she doesn't touch him much unless she is restraining him!
-Ryan and Esposito talking with Montgomery and saying at the same time "No upside in screwing with things you can't explain"
-Castle comparing Beckett to Daphne and her stopping him…although I wish he had been looking at her when he was rattling off Daphne's attributes.
-Some fine acting by Nathan when he gets off the elevator and is obviously rattled and says he's going to splash some water on his face and throw up a little bit…funny!
I have been so spoiled by Sucker Punch, Third Man, Tick/Boom and even Rose for Everafter and Mistress that it's hard not to have tremendous expectations for all the episodes…look at the greatness since Jan 1! But I thought that this episode was funny and sweet and clever even if it wasn't as much of a powerhouse for me.

Melaniee…that "cute" line was great, too.
Surprised that Beckett didn't come across too jealous in the promo when she's picking Ellie's hair off Castle…ick. Obviously there will be much more, though.
One additional thing that was great…loved toward the end when the killer takes off and Beckett doesn't chase him. She's just so deadpan in her delivery of the lines and expressions in that scene!

Ok that episode was sooooooo freaking AWESOME!! I think just about every line was hilarious. lol Beckett as always wins for best expressions and lines…though Castle did give her a run for her money this time. 
I loved how she watches him as he walks out after the dog-bite. lol
The bit where they confront Stamford and he runs..and Castle goes..aren't we supposed to run after him and Kate kinda shrugs her shoulders 'nah' I knew then that the boys were gonna be at the other end..but it was just so funny how casual she was about it all.
and then of course after the guy falls down the stairs and Castle makes that comment about the curse and Kate goes "ruh roh" haha I died laughing (as quietly as I could since there were people sleeping in the house already! hah)
I can't wait to re-watch this one.
Oh and that fact that Beckett and the boys were behind the chair and espresso pranks – pure genius. Loved that high-five they did. Priceless. That whole bit was definitely one of my fave scenes. rofl I so would love to see any bloopers – cuz I'm betting there are TONS for this ep..plus cut scenes etc. I can see why they all had such a blast filming this ep.

another GREAT episode 
my fave scene probably has got to be Beckett,Esposito & RYan laughing as they pranked Castle..FTW =))
and that scene with Castle entrusting Alexis..and his porn stash to Beckett…well played.
so much more funny scene with Castle and his..curse. lol =))

"Ruh-Roh" for the win. I'm such a huge Scooby Doo fan so to see it honored on Castle put me on cloud nine. And don't even get me started on the "you're Daphne" scene. lol.
We need more high fives between Beckett, Ryan, and Esposito I can see that right now. I've watched that scene so many times. I love that they rigged the chair and espresso machine.
Castle owned the elevator scene.
Beckett checking his butt out when he walked away was hilarious. Her expression was too cute.
What a sweet scene when she said she'd look after Alexis. I was like awww. And of course he's got to spoil it with the porn mention. hehe.
I'm kinda bummed they didn't address where Beckett is staying. She's clearly not at Castle's place. Is she crashing at the station?
As for next week's promo: It looks like Castle regrets sleeping with the actress. We didn't get a long enough look to see how Beckett reacts so I look foward to that. In one quick clip we see them coming down the stairs and you can see she's been using the gym. I don't think we've seen that since the Fool Me Once episode. Nice reminder/set up for the following week.

What a fantastic and fun episode tonight. My cheeks hurt from laughing so much.
Loved the Scooby Doo references. When Beckett talked about being Velma, I just knew that Castle was going to correct that one right away and tell her that she was Daphne. Was waiting for a "Fred" reference to himself being said, but….
I once read somewhere, (not sure where I saw it anymore) that while some are referring to Castle being a cross between Moonlighting and Murder She Wrote, Stana said she thought it was more like Scooby Doo. How funny and fun to fit in an eppy.
The torn pants on Castle and the cop in the station whistling at him and then with Beckett checking out his butt as he walked away, my eyes got probably as wide as hers. How great was that!?!
When Castle asked Beckett to watch out for Alexis if anything should happen to him, well that just got an AAAAWWWWW here. The look on Beckett's face being asked to do so was priceless. Then came the comment about cleaning out the porn out of the closet. Guess we can't get too serious yet.
At the beginning, when Alexis was working on her spatter pattern science project, I noticed that Alexis seemed to have a bit of an attitude and get a little annoyed when Beckett called Castle, after he said he wanted to help with the project. Seems like the beginning to Alexis' struggle with the sharing of her father to Beckett – even though her Dad is technically not with Beckett yet. What a great talent Molly Quinn contributes to the series. I hope we get to see more of Alexis and Beckett moments in the near future.
After the 2 parter that we had be more serious, I was glad for the humorous one tonight. Don't get me wrong, Sucker Punch, Tick, Tick Tick & Boom are my favorite eppys, but it just felt good to laugh tonight.
Next week I may be throwing the remote at the TV with this Ellie coming into the picture, but my love for all things Castle will always remain loyal.

Loved everything about this ep folks mentioned…
I'd add I thought the scene they were investigating the victim's apartment was great! The banter over Eat, Pray, Love was totally Castle/Beckett projecting themselves on to the victim/his girlfriend:
"Eat, Pray, Love. Judging from the condition I'd say she's read it more than once…suggesting she's a woman on the other side of the search for identity. A romantic, someone who wouldn't be satisfied with just a casual relationship."
Nice nod to what I thought came out of Tick, Tick, Tick/Boom through Beckett's interactions with Shaw; she's definitely not satisfied her life is all work. But, she's not ready to admit that, and especially that she may be thinking of more with Castle. So she retorts:
"And who's to say that book isn't HIS." (then he shoots her a look)
LOL! Well played by Nathan and Stana and awesome writing.
Also loved that Beckett called Castle a "Good COP", shows how she sees him has changed. He's a colleague now.
His excitement to go to the museum was adorable. Beckett commented how he has an innocence about him, and I think that's part of what draws her to him since she lost her innocence after her mom died.

Gah Castle! It will be interesting to see Beckett's reaction but it will surely resurface her fears that Castle's playboy days are not behind him. What she won't realize is the fact that he regrets it means they are! And why do we think that is, Beckett? *raises eyebrow*
