Are these pics available to anyone on facebook or "friend's only"? as a general rule I prefer if people only post pics that are publicly available unless you get permission from the owner of the pics so I thought I better check

it's his official public facebook fan page. you can check by clicking on the link. also, if you go to his twitter page, he linked it from there. i wouldn't post it if it wasn't public domain.
