One of the things I like about Castle the show, is that the men and women are equally strong (not strong in the same areas, but in total), so I'm not concerned about him or her "winning" a sparring match. Seems to me they are quite equally matched. He turns out hurt, though, so Beckett must have used a bit too much force at one point. Was he getting fresh?
Another thing – Beckett's hair style after the match in the "arm hurting pics" - it's how she looked at the Paley event… so if she had spent her day fighting… no wonder she was a bit tired at the event! …but that doesn't fit with the "sexy fight scene"-tweet… hmm.

Those photos of Beckett and Demming are light years ahead of anything Castle has been with so far. The actress, Kyra, ex-wife.
Man, they've set the bar for when Beckett and Castle do their thing. Which will clearly have us forgetting these photos ever existed.

It's not just you, they ARE 10 thousand times hotter. Castle and that actress… bleh.
Agreed. Although, that Castle/Ellie kiss is just a sneak peek as to what really is to come on the T.V. (I hope we don't see much other than that kiss) Ellie is just… ugh. Even if Ellie wasn't using Castle she still isnt anything close as to those lovely Beckett/Demming stills. I still find it funny that Beckett gets her love interest longer than Castle does… 1 episode psh, Beckett gets 4 :P

Haha! Yeah, I know. It just occurred to me that maybe Beckett gets four as a way to catch up on all the women he's kissed on the show so far. You know, just trying to keep the balance… one for Meredith, one for that escort who came to his apt., another for Kyra, and then the last for this new one… If Beckett gets a little action with Demming, I say it's still fair game. For all the times she has to watch him flirt with every other woman… that should about make up for it, right? Not that we're keeping count or anything…

1 ep vs 4 eps – I would think it must be like that when you think about their attitudes – Castle is shallow enough to get together and break up with a new woman within the days it takes to solve a case. I would think Beckett is a bit more cautious, and thus when she acts upon an attraction, it would take longer to end.

I agree. As presented It would take time for Kate to act on her attraction. Castle seems more the "Wham! Bam! Thank you Ma'am." type.
