Ok – so Nathan Twittered that there was a Firefly reference in the episode so I went looking and found it.  See if you can find it yourself, then click here to see if you're right.

Ugh, I lose. I got confused and thought we were looking for the hidden item on set, instead of the obscure reference. So when I saw this, I dismissed it as 'not on the set.' Then I saw Nathan's hint and got so frustrated that all I could find was this other thing that wasn't it.

Then I clicked the piccy and whoops! I had it all along. doh:
