Season 2 Episode 207 – Famous Last Words

Summary:

When an up-and-coming rock star's dead body is found staged in a scene straight out of her hit music video, Castle and Beckett delve into the world of obsessed fans, sleazy managers and jealous band members. But it's only when Alexis uncovers the true meaning behind the lyrics of the final song that clues to the killer's identity begin to surface

I've been looking forward to Jose Molina's episode. Jose Moliana is known for his work on Firefly, Nathan Fillion's previous show and when I spoke to him on set he said he was hoping to be able to put in at least some little nod to Firefly along the way. Jose worked as a story editor for the entire series and wrote the episode Ariel & co wrote the episode Trash which both great episodes with a few twists and turns. He wrote one of my favorite scenes in Ariel – the scene where Mal has Jayne in the airlock. He also worked as a producer on Without a Trace and Law & Order SVU.

It's driving me crazy. Who is that guy in one of the last pics? Looks like a couple that is talking with Castle and Beckett. I know the woman but forgetting her name right now.

I believe that actress' name is Madeline Stowe (sp?) She was in the movie 'The General's Daughter' with John Travolta.

I'm really looking forward to this episode. Can't wait to see the guitar hero scene, would be fun if Beckett played a little guitar hero with Castle (and kicked his butt :)) Plus Jose Molina has done some excellent work before and Rob Bowman is directing, whose work I loved on the X-files.
