I wanted to congratulate you on your writing success and being a role model for the Latino community.

When writing a show, do you have a choice on the murder location for instance having a crime in a Hispanic/Latino community? If so, would you some way be able to represent the generally strong family bond that exists or would that be too difficult?

You and fellow writers seem to have some liberty with including small tips of the hat to shows that mainly Nathan has worked on(those his fanbase and fanbase of this show also enjoy). Frankly I think that makes watching the show and 'listening' to the show even more interesting for us the viewers(and fans!). I was wondering, since both your lead actors are Canadian born, let's have a little 'tip to the north' sometime.  Frankly if a can of Tim Hortons Coffee  could be sitting around the bullpen or kitchenette and someone pics it up and goes 'What the heck.' and puts it down and walks away…something like that.  Enjoyed last nights show much and hope you get the opportunity to write again for Castle. ps. if props needs a can of Tim Hortons Coffee-I'd gladly send one down
