I always take this with a grain of salt since they also said Eastwick was a "quiet hit" right before they canceled it.

Something that I think is going on is the fact that ABC has some of the better programming on TV these days. Yeah, there are some great shows on other channels, but ABC is bringing the big shows/big bucks.

Tv by the Numbers actually said something nice about Castle, I swear I'm not going to that site because they annoy me, but I always end up at it.  But today they had a positive spin on the numbers.

I saw that article. The upward trend certainly helps the chances for Castle.

Let's hope ABC is smart enough to keep "Castle" and renew it for the next season (and more), the show is popular ALL AROUND THE WORLD after all…
