I kind of wish they'd repeat a few more from season 1 rather than repeat some season 2 episodes additional times. There are such good season 1 episodes and great stuff to hook new viewers!

Some early info ahead of the regular press release for ABC's Monday night.

Monday Night (8-11pm): Holding strong against NBC's Olympic coverage with The Bachelor and a repeat airing of Castle, ABC stood as the #1 non-sports network on Monday with Total Viewers (9.6 million) and Adults 18-49 (3.2/8), outpacing its nearest competition by 1.5 million and by 23% in Adults 18-49 (CBS = 8.1 million and 2.6/6)…

Castle (10-11pm): Opposite NBC's Olympic coverage in the 10 o'clock hour, ABC's Castle marked its 3rd-highest-ever repeat results in both Total Viewers (5.7 million ) and Adults 18-49 (1.5/4).

i'm with you on that wish, dmcw. I wonder if they are trying not to undermine Season 1 DVD sales, but I think showing a few repeats from last season would have the opposite effect. (They already repeated Ghosts.)

I'm working here until a good fast food job opens up!

That's impressive for a repeat anyway but to do it against the Olympics as well? Nice going.

And I agree that airing some of the season 1 episodes would be better than airing some of the season 2 episodes 2-3 times.

Last night on the East Coast figure skating was on at 10pm. I know a lot of people were tuning in for that to see if China took the Gold (SPOILER: They did!). hehe.

Becklers do it with the beckle on.
