Isn't the woman pictured in the photograph of the detective's parents TERI GARR?  If so, why?  Out of all the actors possible, why was she chosen?  And who is the man portrayed as her father?

I don't think that was Teri Garr. I believe the people in the photo were people who were apart of the crew staff.
