Thanks for sharing all the links and your reports! It sounds like the event was a lot of fun! I can't believe the Paley Center is giving away one of our books…hopefully whoever wins it won't think that we are too crazy.

It's been lovely living vicariously through all the pictures and such! The only thing that could've made it better would be actually attending.

Yay! Kudos to Admin for getting a nod from Ausiello.  You deserve it what with all the work you do. 

And a million thanks to everyone who posted tweets, videos, and pictures.  It looks like  the event was a TON of fun and I so wish I could have been there, but your reports were fabulous. 

I gotta say, all the cast looked awesome last night.  Nathan was dressed too casually, but he still loked great.  And, while I adore Stana and think she looked awesome last night, I gotta say I think Tamala looked may have stolen the brass ring from her.  Molly looked so sweet, Susan looked great, and Ruben, Seamus and Jon looked SO handsome.  Can't wait to see if more video is posted, especially Stana's reaction to Naken Heat!

I love that Stana and Tamala ad-libbed "Shuuut up!" and Lanie's talk with the corpse, Stana and Tamala's high five, that Molly sees Nathan as a second father, and Tamala's reaction to one fan's question about what her twitter name is: "Tamala Jones!"

i bought the season one dvd set for castle, and on the commentary audios stana was part of, she did not say as much as the other cast members did. sometimes i wasn't even sure she was there

You are all much appreciated! It is also great to see a cast and creative team for a tv show like this one that is so willing to stay in touch with their fans. From the videos and pics from Paley that I've seen, she does come across as shy and sometimes I think a bit akward. But every fan who's met her  always say that she's actually warm and friendly. I like how she seems press-shy but awesome with the fans. It's like she's still getting used to the publicity but very welcoming to one on one interactions with audience members.
I don't know if someone mentioned it before already, but she gave a shout out in twitter to castletv.net members who joined the chat a few weeks ago. That was so cool! [/quote]

I feel the same way, and wonder if she wants to make it personal because she doesn't want that middle party of the press. Often times they distort things to make money, and Stana simply may not be comfortable with that. Instead, she wants to be able to make close connections with her fans so they can trust her instead of having to rely on the press. Not that the press even covers her much compared to other actors, but she will become a big name, I just know it.

Just a random thought that came to my head as I was reading that last statement.
