I would recommend getting there as early as possible before 7 – from past experience the line fills up very quickly and if you don't get there early you'll be way up the back.

I'm definitely going as soon as the ticket site lets me actually buy tickets.  It's unususal that there would be a ticket page posted already but tickets are not actually available, makes me a bit worried that this was part of another series that sold out.  I tried to call the ticket company last night but never got through.

If I'm going I'm going to need somewhere to stay a few nights – I've posted on a So Cal Browncoat list I'm a member of but I may not get a response there so I'm looking for other options to make this *cough* affordable *cough*

I'm ok with sleeping on the floor, just need a roof over my head :)

It's because they only just announced the event, I would expect tickets to go up for sale some time today, they will probably sell out fairly quickly

I just wish there was some kind of onsale date and time listed, it shouldn't be that hard to list that info if they've already got the page put up, usually Paley is pretty on top of things.  I know how fast the events sell out so that's why it makes me nervous!!  And I know how early people line up, so I plan to use my unemployed status to my advantage and basically take a good book and sit outside for a long time if I have to, lol.

 

Admin, let me know if you decide to make the trip and need a place to crash.

I know that last year after the Paley festival. I was able to download the Dr. Horrible event from itunes. Hopefully this one will eventually be available also.

Okay, so I just bought my plane ticket and am trying to figure things out. Eindi told me not to have much faith in the LA Metro system. Any locals agree with that comment? If so, I really don't want to get stranded. :(
