    Hmm,  Beverly Hills, not much that is inexpensive in that city.  But I'll try and find some places.

    Few favorites in the Beverly Hills vicinity include Cafe Marly, Nate n Al's, Mulberry Street Pizzeria, Il Fornaio, Le Pain Quotidien 

     

    also, there's always Cheesecake Factory that's a block from the Paley center or California Pizza Kitchen (both are on Beverly Drive)

    Make room for those Crumbs cupcakes as well- across the Paley Center… unless you're the Sprinkles cupcakes type (also a few steps down) Smile

    Okay, so now that this gathering has been agreed upon, lets decide something. Should we do it before or after the event? I am now thinking that after would be a better idea so that everyone will have the opportunity to go. A lot of people will be coming straight from work and will want to get in line to get good seats. I was thinking that it would be fun to bring my computer and we can all sit in line and watch our favorite episodes of Castle while we wait.

    Yeah, I vote for before the event. How about we meet up for an early dinner around 3ish and then get in line at Paley? I know we all want to get the best seats possible for the event. Bounce 

    Also, where are people staying that night? I'm flying in on Tuesday morning and leave Wednesday afternoon, so I'm trying to decide on a hotel. Thinking of staying near LA_X as it is much cheaper than staying in Beverly Hills. Go figure – LOL! I'll also have a rental car if we need vehicles to get around in.

    Try the Custom Hotel in Westchester, pretty inexpensive, close to LAX.  On Lincoln Blvd.

    Sure. Mine is (503) 206-2468. I am also thinking that after the event would be best so that we know everyone has the chance to make it to the gathering. I am still willing to meet people beforehand as well, though. Maybe cupcakes or coffee?
