Thanks! That totally explains the multiple outfits for this event. She must really like that dress because didn't she wear that at the Mummies of the World exhibition sometime last week? Granted, it was with a blazer. But hey, it's a great dress. Why not, right? ;)

I think she had a wonderful time in Rome! I never been to Rome, but I know from my friends that the town  is amazing!

This is interesting yet troubling. You'd see how fast she dropped her smile. She was clearly disturbed by the 'journalist'.

Poor Stana, nationalist idiots always find their ways to ruin everybody's joy to serve their bigotry.

I did not understand it but I've seen on other places really ugly flamewars about her identity, so probably that was the case this time too. She always says that her family is from Croatia, but as far as I know they are from the so called Krajina, and they are of Serbian origin. Though it seems very distant now, during the last Balkan war that area was one of the most heavily contested region beside the muslim Montenegro and there were massacres and war crimes from both sides – of course always just as a response. Even though the shooting war is over, the ugliest nationalist hatred did not disappeared.

She was so genuinely kind and polite to everyone, was so much one of us and not the untouchable star, it's an unjustice from the fate that this bitter experience ruined her visit at the very end.

The Croatian part is missing from the video. What I understood is that the "journalist" first compliment her about her talking Italian so well (that's where she smiles as she understood this), then said that she was waiting for three days to have an interview with her and that she want to go to her hotel. I think, that when she started to talk about the interview the organizers tried to interrupt her (it's against any code of conduct to try to racket an interview in open public), probably her expression changed and that's when the smile disappeared from Stana's face. Then she told that she will go to the hotel, but that's the end of the video. Her Croatian shrieking (there is a typo in the Italian text, it's urlare, not urlarle, that's why Google failed) must have happened after this.

i don't quite fully understand what happened in the end either, but like you said even though i do not speak italian it was quite obvious from the expressions of everyone and the tone of the voices speaking that something had gone wrong

Sure! At the end,

when Stana was about to sit again before going away, this weird lady

came, speaking aloud and saying that she had to interview Stana and it

was days she was chasing her without having the chance to talk to her.

Then her staff asked her to go away, and she was keeping to say "I'll

meet you at your hotel, so I can do the interview!". It was a bit

awkward cause Stana didn't know what to do, and even a little bit

worrying. Then the lights went out, and she left the room. The lady

followed her, and when we went out, we saw the lady yelling somethin in a

weird language (maybe Croat?) and Stana, who was like 100 metres in

front of her in the corridor, turned to reply (always in the weird

language).. it was a bit scary, cause it seemed like she was insulting

her or something °° then Stana left, but her staff stayed there and we

saw they were talking to the lady, but in civilian ways, so maybe it

weren't insults after all °°

Wow!  All of that looked so intense, I can't imagine what that must be like, just having to sit there and pose and be on display while people yell your name.  I know that's what usually happens on the red carpet that we don't see when we're reading "People" magazine, but it just looks so surreal. 

That second video made me sad for her, she's such a good sport to answer the questions and then to get barraged with that and her face just drops.   I know celebs have crazies, it's an unfortunate part of the deal, but it just stinks and it was so awkward to end it like that, with the mood changing like that. 

Well, all in all, it looks like this was a good preparation for the Comic Con experience that is right around the corner, lots of pictures, lots of people and a good amount of crazy, although mostly crazy in a fun way there :)
