In front of the cafe',a little over half a block away,Alexis watched in horror as the events transpired.She was kicking out of her heels as the limo doors had opened and the two men had gotten out.She was now sprinting down the sidewalk barefooted and would have made a track star envious.

Alexis Castle,a stunning young woman, at nearly 21 years old was no longer the shy delicate bud she had been at 16.Gone were the bangs and cute puffy cheeks.She was now nearly 5 ft 10 inches tall with long legs and a figure that not only could but did cause traffic accidents.She now wore her hair in long rivulets that flowed like orange and red flames.

She was unaware of the spectacle she was causing as she flew down the side walk towards the limo.Just then the limo screeched to a stop and the door opened again.Out popped Johanna in the arms of one of the men and was coldly set on the side walk.Alexis was shooting pictures with her cell phone as she ran.She knew she had the license number,make and model of the car.

Alexis swooped and scooped up Johanna almost before her feet hit the sidewalk and was shooting pictures inside the open limo door as it was jerked closed and roared away with Kate inside screaming.

Alexis was speed dialing her father at the same instant as she settled little Johanna in her arms.

Richard Castle listened as Alexis,as calmly as she could manage, told him what had happened.She assured him that she had Johanna and that they were both safe. Dad ,I know it was him.

Momentarily stunned at the news,Richard Castle snapped out of his stupor and told Alexis to call the station and wait for help to arrive then hung up. Alexis knew what to do and knew her father was bounding into action at that very instant.Castle didn't need to ask Alexis who him was.He already knew.

Alexis called Esposito and told him what had happened.Less that 90 seconds later black and whites started to squeal up to Alkexis' location as if they had been transported through thin air.It took less than 5 minutes for Esposito,Ryan and approximately a dozen uniformed officers to show up at the scene.

Two of the officers were breaking up the brawl that had erupted when three men in the cafe had witnessed Alexis kicking off her heels.It seemed they all wanted to be the one that returned her shoes to her.Four more uniformed officers were sorting out the 7 car pile up that had occured as Alexis had sprinted down the side walk. Her flowery silk spring dress had road up to her hips as she had ran revealing her long legs and shapely hips that were only covered by the string that secured her thong.When she had scooped up Johanna,the babies legs and feet tangled in the dress and had kept it riding high on Alexis' thighs.Thus the insuing pile up.Alexis was oblivous to all but the waiter that brought her her shoes.She managed to smile and thank the fellow who seemed to be tonguetied at the moment and could only shake his head in acknowledgement.Of course Esposito and Ryan knew what was going on but they were escorting Alexis to her car and away from the area.They had flipped to see who got to ride home with her holding Johanna and who followed in their car.Ryan lost.

Johanna had settled down after her initial fright and crying episode and now bounced on Esposito's knee as Alexis steered her muscular 12 cylinder Jaguar onto the turnpike for home.Alexis told Esposito all she knew and that she thought it was Abbas Khidr Qatadah that had Kate.

Rick Castle had been on the phone non-stop since Alexis had called him with the news of Kate's kidnapping.He had done what he did best,he was calling his contacts and setting up for the rescue.Kate,his Kate and their unborn child would be rescued unharmed,of that he had no doubt.He couldn't doubt it if he was to function.
