I've just started setting up a sister-site for this website for Castle Fan Fiction – the address is http://fanfic.castletv.net  Unfortunately you'll have to register for there as well as here but I hope you enjoy it.

 

I'd love those of you who write fics to post your stuff over there so we can get the site going – I'm still working out a few bugs so please don't be afraid to give me feedback.

You can register even if you just want to read the fic, you can write reviews of the fics, subscribe to your fave authors etc smile

So cool, admin.  I don't write Castle fanfic, but I certainly read it, and there is such great stuff out there.  How awesome to have a special place for it.  You're the best!

That's one of the bugs I'm trying to sort out – for some reason the changes to the menu aren't taking effect – in addition to changing the order I want to add a few extras – like a link to the main site & the forums

I like it, looks pretty nice, the only suggestion I have is for the formatting of the stories themselves. A more centered and margined display would make it much easier to read(imo). Sorry if you're already planning something like this, but I figured I'd throw it out here as formatting is one of the biggest pains. 

Is this forum (fan fiction) going to still exist, or will you change it to a link to the site?

Thanks for all the work you do, Admin. I'll move over the chapters I already have done when I get home, as well as update it when I update the thread, until most of the bugs are worked out (or you tell me otherwise Tongue).

I've adjusted the story page to make the main column narrower, does this help readability? You can also use the "text size" links to the right to make the text bigger for easier reading.

This forum section will phased out once the new site is properly up and running – which will be soon.

It helps a bit, I've just always been a fan of margins around stories so one doesn't have to look across the whole screen to read. Just to me it's easier to read when it's in a bit of a narrower column (a bit like how the forum is). It's not really an issue with the size of the text, and it's not a huge problem, just a suggestion. grin
