Don't assume anyone's right.  There won't be an official announcement until May 19th until then, anything is possible.

If you haven't called the ABC yet to tell them how much you enjoy the show you really should do so to give it every possible chance (instructions in "important info" thread in this forum)

Yes, Entertainment Weekly ( and its online edition) is very reliable.

If you like, check them on Monday for an interview with Nathan Fillion. I am sure the question will be posed to him directly.
