We're now enjoying season 2 of Castle and there are some things you can do to help the show stick around for the long run. Most importantly, spread the word! Contact the ABC, watch online, buy on iTunes & DVD and spread the word.
Always stay positive. Enthusiasm for something you enjoy tends to be contagious and attracts the interest others.

To save you some time we've verified the numbers you have to press to get through all the steps of the automated phone system, you do not need to listen to the entire message before pressing the number for the next step, this means the whole process should take less than a minute making it very easy for everyone to try.

- Press 1 for "ABC television network"
- Press 2 for "leave comment"
- Presss 2 for "prime time shows"
- Enter 226 for "Castle"
You can leave a recorded 30 second message
Watch on Hulu / ABC site
You can watch the episodes of Castle on Hulu or through the Full Episode Viewer on the ABC website. Number of views through these services can be tracked and are taken into consideration for overall success of the show so even if you've already seen the episode try and find some time to watch it again in the week after it airs.
Buy the Episodes on iTunes
You can buy individual episodes from iTunes usually a day after they are broadcast. You can also subscribe to the entire season. We recommend this option if you're in a position to take advantage of it because it shows your long term commitment to the series.
Order the DVD & Book
This one is very important, this shows directly that ABC can make money from the show. Season 1 is now available on DVD and Richard Castle's novel "Heat Wave" is also available.
Spread the Word
Tell everyone you know how great Castle is and encourage them to watch, let them borrow your Season 1 DVDs and point them to Hulu or iTunes to catch up on Season 2.

I am so glad you started this topic, Castle Admin! I was just returning to the forum after several weeks due to illness in the family and thought "I should start a topic about how we should contact ABC to make our feelings known!" Then I saw your topic! It's true – now is the time to express our feelings. Too many times, fans of shows wait until the show is cancelled and then they protest – but while the show is on the air and decisions can be made is the time to act! Thanks again – I'm going to ABC.com right away, which was going to have been my suggestion! Thanks for the phone info, too.

One thing we all can do is to log on to tv.com and give the show and episodes our top rating, and write reviews of the show and the episodes, and discuss on the forum (each post can be short), if we get more action there other tv.com-users will notice, and check out the show. At least I started watching a few shows because they were on the top 20 list on the front page – a list based on the amount of fan input.

Just hanging out watching football and thought I'd check to make sure Castle was going to be around for awhile. Hopped on the site…registered…found this post and clicked on the link to send my best Castle regards to the network.
My wife and I enjoy the show (and it's the only show we sit down and watch together).
Here's hoping there is a Season 3.

You're most welcome. Castle has been doing well and at this point I don't think there's a big risk of cancellation however it always pays to make sure you let the ABC know you're enjoying the show.

Random question. Why is this show not being released in the UK and how can I help make that happen? I have heard and read many good things about this show and it seems a pity that the only way I could get hold of it is illegally which I won't do.

I keep trying to find out about a UK release but so far have not heard anything back. Wish I could give you more but that's all I have right now. Keep an eye on this site though because as soon as there's news we'll make sure everyone knows.

Hi,
I'm new to the site. Not sure how to do this yet. Where's the site to help Castle stay on? I've sent a couple comments to abc already and they just say they can't answer all the mail that comes in. Where's the interview that everyone's talking about? Thanks for your help. :-)
