Please don't cancel this show it's great, funny, smart and I never miss an episode even if I have to record it, each show is fresh the characters are believable hold out please would love to see more action between main characters. That is so true. I dont want this show to win and I want something to happen more with the main chtharacters but I love how close they are starting to get. I never miss this show and I also always make sure that its being recorded on my TV. Even my mother is obsessed with the show and hates the fact that they are even remotely thinking of getting rid or the show.

YES, PLEASE KEEP THIS SHOW AROUND …ABC HAS A HBBIT OF CANCELING IT'S GOOD SHOWS, THEY DID IT WITH BOSTON LEGAL AND ELI STONE….CASTLE HAS A LOT TO OFFER WITH THE WAY IT'S WRITTEN AND THE ACTORS ARE AWESOME, SO PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL THIS AFTER ONLY 1 SEASON.

i buy things i see advertised on castle…..and if the show gets canceled ill ban those products forever….
also dont be an azz…if you really like this show register on the site….whos going to listen to a guest?….

I absolutely love this show. I look forward to this show every single week. PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL THIS SHOW.
I used to watch shows on ABC in the past but had stopped because of my hectic work schedule and lack of interest. However, when I saw the pilot for CASTLE I was completely hooked. If I cannot see any episode because of work, I make sure to tape it or download it from iTUNES.

Ditto on the desire to keep this show rolling. It's soooooooooooooooooooo nice to have something fresh and entertaining. I loved Moonlighting and Remington Steele. Give the show a chance…it's awesome!!!

No one has been able to get any numbers since last Saturday (some sort of technical glitch at Nielsen, apparently), but I am hoping Monday's numbers will be higher than previous weeks. It got a straight Dancing with Stars lead-in (instead of that horrid sit-com) and I've been hearing from friends that the SF fandom group buzz about it has been significantly up this week. I was encouraged by the obvious increase in twitter posts, too, this Monday night.
My fingers are crossed!!
Oh, and the NYT article about the delayed Nielsen numbers leads off with Castle:

I agree that Castle is a fantastic show and needs to be saved. I dont watch TV much, so when I do, it has to be fun and interesting. This show was all of that… I think posting messages on these boards are a great way to express our concerns, but more needs to be done. You can leave messages in the following (below) manners that go directly to those who need to know our concerns (the network to be more specific). You can call, write a letter or send an Email (info was received from this site, different post). I, as well as all my family, friends & neighbors, have done this. We are hoping that the impact will make someone at the station stand up and take notice. Bottom line, the viewers are what makes TV happen and without the viewers the station would fall. I agree that being nasty, rude, or just plain mean, is not the answer. We must seem professional & make our opinions matter.

I'm feeling hopeful, ever since they announced that ABC is pulling Surviving Suburbia out of the Monday line-up. Seems like ABC is showing some effort in saving Castle. Can't wait until they announce that it is coming back next season.
