Not sure what brand that is exactly but I suggest you check out Club Monaco, Banana Republic or Express for those type of shirts. I'm partial to Club Monaco though.

If you have time and if you have a Club Monaco in your area, check it out. They do have really nice classic pieces- especially for work wear. They don't usually carry their basics on the web site.

I need more of a close up to see the details in order to ID the specific shirt. For what it is worth, a lot of Beckett's shirts, especially the button downs are James Perse. I am almost positive that one is not, however, I thought I'd mention it just for anyone reading who is wondering.

You can find really similar button downs to the one pictured at varios stores… In addition to what has already been suggested, I would also recommend just checking Saks and Nordstrom for a large selection in one place.
