you cant really tell what she's wearing but she still looks amazing..lol…i can run in heels is actually not that hard..just dont think about it and GO…if she was wearing heels i believe they trained her or she's even use to wearing them..all the women in my family love shoes especially heels so of course i love them too..SmileSmileSmile

Well, I'm still a youngin', so I can't say I have that much experience running in heels. I have, however, been to many a Broadway show, and I always wear heels to them. I'm also an ice skater. So if I can run in ice skates, I can't say that it would be too much harder running in heels.

hello can anyone tell me who is the designer of the red beaded dress kate wore in season 1 episode 7 home is where the heart stops, she wore it to the charity function with castle im desperatly trying to find the designer of this dress but im coming up with blanks! thanks for your help guys either way! my favorite dress (and actually the only dress I really liked on her) is the one she wore in season 3 when they went undercover clubbing to arrest that drug dealer… 3x14 Lucky stiff. That dress was stunning, no wonder poor Castle couldn't think straight Crazy2
